Dr. Rajdev is a board-certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist specializing in complex endovascular procedures with a special focus in dialysis access and women’s health intervention. Dr Rajdev is the Medical Director of Preferred Vascular Group’s Akron Vascular Care location in Munroe Falls.
A native of Westchester County, NY, Dr. Rajdev completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont. After finishing his medical school training as class valedictorian, he completed a surgical internship at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in MN. Due to his interest in cutting-edge minimally invasive surgery techniques, Dr Rajdev then pursued specialized training in both Radiology and Interventional Radiology. He completed his Radiology residency at Case Western/ University Hospitals in Cleveland, and was appointed Chief Resident for the Educational Curriculum in his final year. Following this, he completed his Vascular & Interventional Radiology Fellowship at the University of Virginia, one of the highest volume referral centers for complex peripheral vascular and fibroid disease intervention. During his time at UVA, Dr. Rajdev developed special expertise in the treatment of complex uterine fibroid disease at UVA’s multidisciplinary Fibroid Clinic. After completing his training, Dr. Rajdev served on the faculty of the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH before moving into private practice on the east side of Cleveland.
Dr. Rajdev has an extensive range of experience in all aspects of interventional radiology using minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Rajdev focuses on comprehensive dialysis access interventional care, peripheral arterial and venous diseases. His practice also offers state-of-the-art women’s healthcare, and he is highly skilled in the treatment of uterine fibroids through embolization techniques as an alternative to conventional surgery.
In his spare time, Dr. Rajdev enjoys hiking or running outdoors, traveling and spending time with his family.
