Akron Vascular Care Receives Mayor's Award for Positive Impact

One of Preferred Vascular Group’s Northeast Ohio locations, Akron Vascular Care, was delighted to receive the Mayor’s Award from the mayor of Munroe Falls, Allen Mavrides, at a recent Stow-Munroe Falls Chamber of Commerce event. Dr. Maharshi Rajdev accepted the award for the team.

The Mayor’s Award recognizes “organizations whose contributions positively impact the city and its residents.” Preferred Vascular Group, offering minimally invasive vascular procedures such as GAE for osteoarthritic knee pain, uterine fibroid care, dialysis access management, and treatment for peripheral arterial disease (PAD), certainly meets that description — treating men and women for a variety of vascular conditions with compassion, expertise, and innovative procedures that are outpatient-focused.
