Dr. Eric McLoney is a board-certified interventional radiologist and the Medical Director of Cleveland West Vascular Care. With over a decade of experience in advanced image-guided procedures, he specializes in minimally invasive treatments for peripheral artery disease (PAD), dialysis access management, varicose veins, uterine fibroids, and chronic knee pain.

Dr. McLoney was among the first physicians in Northeast Ohio to perform Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE)—a groundbreaking, non-surgical procedure for patients with knee osteoarthritis. He is nationally recognized for his expertise in endovascular and embolization therapies that help patients avoid surgery and recover faster.
 
Dr. McLoney earned his MD and two undergraduate degrees in Physics and Psychology from The Ohio State University, graduating summa cum laude. He completed residency at OSU Medical Center and fellowship training in Vascular & Interventional Radiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill—one of the top programs in the country. He has held academic appointments at University Hospitals in Cleveland and Virginia Tech Carilion Clinic.
 
Dr. McLoney lives in Westlake, Ohio with his family and enjoys music, martial arts, and live theater. He is passionate about delivering compassionate, image-guided care that restores mobility, relieves pain, and enhances quality of life.
